- In one hand you should easily visible a piece of paper with the text " Belly Battle 2014" or " BB14 " hold possibly even a date on it .
- Your image should go at least from the neck to the navel , face is not required ... but the advantage , because that strengthens the ambition !
- You can shoot yourself in the mirror or let you take pictures of someone .
- Please note that the later + / photo - should have the same attitude as the before photo .
